On 6 June 2023, the Euromed Polytechnic School (EPS) addressed the top management of Dell Technologies Morocco in Casablanca, where Prof. Othmane Benmoussa gave a lecture on "Leading in Times of Crisis and Hybrid Work: How to Continue to Mobilize on a Daily Basis?
Organised by Dell Technologies and sponsored by the international association Connexus, the talk, given to an audience of 50 managers, some in person and others remotely from abroad, focused on organisational culture, leadership, systems thinking applied to the management and motivation of human resources, and on the methods to be implemented as part of an efficient hybrid operation for local and multicultural teams. Various models have been developed, such as CAARE, LMX and the Hackman and Oldham archetype.
