The Euromed University of Fez and the Sorbonne Law School organize the "Restucturing" Days in Fez on May 11 and 12, 2023

Various announcements

Since last September, the Euromed University of Fez has been hosting the Sorbonne Law School with a delocalized degree in Morocco, specifically a Master's degree in business law offered to students from Morocco, France and sub-Saharan Africa with a proportion of 1/3, 1/3, 1/3. This very selective Master's program has been a great success in the three regions mentioned above.

In this context, the university is organizing, today May 11 and tomorrow May 12, two days devoted to the study of techniques for restructuring the liabilities of companies in difficulty. Nearly 200 specialists, mostly from France, participate in this high-level training, which will allow a hundred lawyers and insolvency practitioners to exchange with their Moroccan counterparts and refine the techniques and legal methods for a better restructuring of companies.

The success of these training days organized in Morocco is explained by the current difficult economic context which exposes many companies to financial difficulties and forces them to restructure to make their liabilities more bearable.

This training is new in Morocco and focuses in particular on the new complex devices inspired by the American law and which are now generalized in a globalized economic environment.
